After playing an interesting round of “Would You Rather?” with the family, I thought it would be fun to get into the game of a weekly blog post.  Feel free to join in on your own blog and be sure to give an answer to the question of the week.

Would you rather be able to eat anything, of any quantity with no negative health effects


Be refreshed and well rested after only three hours of sleep?

I would rather be able to eat anything of any quantity with no negative health effects because I have arrived at a point in life where if I don’t obsess over every bite that enters my mouth I end up seeing it on the bathroom scale and in the depths of my accusing conscience — and at the lacivious tip of my Doctor’s chastising tongue …. but I am always refreshed and relaxed regardless of the amount of sleep I get because I am already a Type A personality and have spent most of my life eating health foods, taking supplements and exercising my rear end into the ground… thus achieving a degree of hunkiness that often surpasses my contemporaries and has allowed me to get to 78 years of age with the blood pressure of a 25-year-old man… although like I said before I am a little…. f-f-f-at! (Big boned- Over Muscled- whatever.).

    • Thanks for the reply. I too am big boned and have been for years. I love food that tastes good, so eating whatever I wanted without negative effects is that way I’d go for sure.

  2. Mm both are highly desirable having been unlucky in my genes. See food – inches on the waist! But then if I don’t get my 8 hours sleep I am out of sorts all day. So I will altruistic. If I eat food then that is less for someone else. But if I sleep less I could do more in any one day. So I plump for the latter. Three hours sleep and feel marvellous!
